'Miền Nam' in Vietnamese means the south of Vietnam, where is famous for rich varieties of street food and finger snack, especially many types of spring roll, from fresh to the fried spring roll, with the most well-known is chicken fried roll, so-called 'Loempia'. It is an indispensable dish in every holiday when the whole family gathers to prepared and cooks together. For a Vietnamese, loempia pictures a reunite scene between friends and family.

We are, as a food production company, specializing in Vietnamese snacks. Our goal is to deliver the original taste of Viet Nam to our customers, furthermore to bring out the heartwarming feel of companions to every dining table.

Our Loempia recipe is originated in 1981 from our beloved parents who created the recipe of Kip Loempia and has been delivering the best quality of Kip loempia for over 30 years.

 

The traditional Kip Loempia is made from fresh chicken, combining delicious ingredients and spices such as onions, carrots, bean sprouts, vermicelli... A finished loempia will have a crunchy outer layer with a soft and sweet taste of meat and fresh ingredients filling. Overall, bringing an enjoyable experience.

BEST QUALITY

During the production day, all the ingredients will be delivered and prepared early in the morning. After that, each of our loempia will be hand-rolled to ensure the best shape of the loempia.

After the loempia is rolled, the product is immediately stored below -18 degrees to keep its finest quality.
